"Oh, Goshen, my new favorite roaster! Great aroma reminiscent of carmel corn. Grinding of the beams and brewing continues to release this aroma. Flavor notes of carmel and mild apple. Taste of this medium roast is smooth, but lingers on the tongue. I will definitely order more of this seasonal roast while available."

"During the grind the aroma filled my kitchen. A mixture of sweet raisins and maple syrup oh my ! And the bloom was amazing. Loving my pour over all the way. Even though I don’t typically drink coffee from Rwanda this was an amazing experience. Can’t wait to have another cup tomorrow morning. Thanks Goshen. I think I may have found my new favorite roaster. Just wow !!!"
