Curator's Notes

Whenever we ask the Zoka team about their favorite coffees, this natural-process Ethiopian always tops the list. How can you not love a mug full of strawberries? Bright and fruity to the max, it’s a “natural” pick for breakfast. We’re jammin’.

Roaster's Notes

Kossa Geshe of the Limmu Kossa region in Ethiopia boasts of its rare privilege to identify as a Native Heirloom varietal. Having undergone a natural processing method the Geshe screams notes of strawberry and black currant. With a crisp acidity and clean finish this Ethiopian coffee is anything but average.

"Loved the bright, fruity flavors of this coffee. It packs all the nice juiciness you'd expect from a high quality Ethiopia natural. Notes of honey, strawberry, berries. Picked up a little dark chocolate/grapefruit at the finish. "
PAIGE 09/22/2018

"I brewed this with my french press. The beans prior to grinding had a hint of berry in the scent. I enjoyed this, it made a good cup of coffee."
