“Waykan” means “star or light that shines in the sky at night.” This coffee is a combination of the best beans from regional farms: a field of bright stars that truly sparkle in the cup.
Roaster's Notes
From various smallholders in the Quiche Waykan region, this roast is a washed coffee with sweet notes of burnt sugar with grapefruit, tomato, lemon-lime, and citric acidity.
