Sweet and straightforward, with a bright cherry aroma, caramel body, and distinct, clean finish of lime, juniper, and tonic water. Refreshing and unexpected!

In the Maya Q'qnjobal dialect from Huehuetenango,"Waykan"means "Star (or light) that shines in the sky at night". The coffee region in Quiche is located in a Humid Tropical Forest and has a 5,500 mm precipitation/year. This coffee is sugary, tart, and soft with chocolate, floral, cherry, and lime flavors.
