Start with terroir from Huila’s prized highlands, add double fermentation for processing innovation, and finish with the backbone of Colombian coffee: small farm collaboration. This traceable community lot from La Argentina was produced by 30 dedicated farmers who followed a strict post-harvest protocol: carefully harvesting, fermenting for 40–50 hours, and drying on raised beds for 10–15 days. Their precision created remarkable harmony in the cup. With support from exporter Mastercol, who handles cupping, milling, and logistics, more income flows back to the farms, helping families reinvest and grow..
