Curator's Notes

Part of the Long Miles Coffee Project, the Heza washing station is a true community collaboration, and so is this roast: a blend of small, local farm lots, sorted for top flavor and balance. Fruity and crisp, it’s a “grape” escape from the everyday brew!

Roaster's Notes

Heza washing station is located on the Gitwe Hill. The lot has been built in collaboration between Long Miles Coffee Project and the local farmers from the surrounding hills. Heza is a collection of coffee from these farming partners that is then blended and profiled to reach an 85 point score all while showcasing the incredible range of quality and favor out of this region of Burundi.

"Supposed to be "red grape, cacao, apricot" - found it to be lightly fruity and overall very balanced. Would definitely order again"
