Kayon Mountain is sourced from the Kayon Mountain Coffee Farm PLC, which is managed by Ismael Hassen Aredo. Aredo has more than 20 years of experience exporting coffee from the Shakiso District in the Oromia region of Ethiopia. This farm focuses on selecting only ripe cherries that are meticulously dried, and milled in a vertically integrated operation that gives them full control of the processing up to the final export stage. What results is an exceptionally clean and sweet cup profile.
