Roaster's Notes
Our final offering from Renardo Ovalle, the coffee from Las Terrazas is grown at an incredibly high altitude and benefits from cooler temperatures and vast amounts of shade trees. There are at least three varieties present in this offer that create a complex taste profile. The San Ramon and Caturra varieties lend some sweet, citric qualities to this coffee that make it more complex alongside the smooth, chocolatey notes and the nectarine-like sweetness.
