Roaster's Notes
A true relationship coffee, this estate lot comes from La Celia and Pereira, in Colombia's Risaralda region, and demonstrates some classic flavors we’ve come to love from the Colombia and Castillo varieties commonly grown there. We get the mild sweetness and pleasant acidity of red apple up front, which develops some warm spice notes of cinnamon and hazelnut as the experience progresses, and the medium body and mouthfeel leave us with a pleasant, creamy finish.
