Roaster's Notes
Shonora Coffee Export is run by two brothers - Adugna Shonora and Morkata Shonora. Their father was among the first to open mills during privatization of coffee in Ethiopia in the 1990s. Gerba Dogo is one of their three washing stations. The washing station collects heirloom coffee cherry from more than 200 smallholders in the Gerba region of West Guji.
