Roaster's Notes
Kebede Wako and his family have been cultivating coffee in Chelbesa, Gedeb, since 2000, and have worked alongside seasonal workers to ensure their heirloom Ethiopian varietals are picked at peak ripeness, fermented and dried in accordance with the highest standards. This Operation Cherry Red featured coffee reminds us of plum, cherry, and the sweeness of marzipan in the cup.
