Curator's Notes
Cinnamon, spice, and everything nice! This rich coffee hails from Zona Pluma in Oaxaca, where the Sierra Made del Sur coastal mountain range meets the Pacific Ocean. Warm baking spices play against a velvety sweet cream body.
Roaster's Notes
This spicy and creamy Oaxacan single origin coffee is from the region known as "zona Pluma'. This coffee comes from the from Oaxacan coffeegrowing region known as the zona Pluma where theSierra Madre del Sur coastal mountain range is peppered with small coffee farms. Our lot comes from 12 families with small fincas located in lush mountain forests of Santa Cruz Ozolotepec with sweeping views overlooking the pacific ocean. The coffee trees are cultivated biodynamically interspersed with bananas, corn, beans, and fruit trees. This expertly cultivated and processed coffee has a unique combination of cinnamon & spice with a velvety sweet cream body.
