Since 2009, when we first opened in a small corner of Melbourne, Australia, our focus has been simple: find exceptional coffee, share it with our community, and build meaningful relationships with the people who grow it – all while keeping the vibe going and the tunes bumping. Geisha Slow Jams, our Deluxe blend, reflects that mission. It combines Washed and Natural processed Geisha from two of our longest-standing producer relationships in Central America. Originally from Ethiopia, the Geisha variety arrived in Panama in the 1960s but remained largely unnoticed until the mid-2000s. Our relationship with Panamanian Geisha began in 2011 with the Hartmann family in Santa Clara, whose farm dates back to 1912 and has consistently placed among the best in the Best of Panama competition. In Honduras, producers in the Santa Barbara region—including Benjamin Paz, Nahun Fernandez, and Ovidio Gomez—have steadily elevated quality since we began working together in 2012. Blending some of their finest Geisha lots, Geisha Slow Jams sets the vibe to celebrate the producers and relationships that have shaped our journey.
