Roaster's Notes
Our Koke Honey coffee originates from Ethiopia's lush Gedeo Zone in the Yirgacheffe district, where dedicated smallholder farmers handpick ripe heirloom coffee cherries with exceptional care. These cherries are thoughtfully processed at the renowned Koke and Birbes Kela washing stations, both celebrated for their high-quality and vibrant flavor profiles. After meticulous fermentation and drying, the beans are expertly milled at Tracon Trading's state-of-the-art facility in Addis Ababa. We're proud of our longstanding partnerships with these communities and are committed to bringing their remarkable coffees to your cup.
