Roaster's Notes
Finca La Estrella is a small, family-run farm in the mountains of Urrao, where Jhon Alexander Bermudez grows an exceptional Caturra Chiroso crop with the help of his wife and daughters. Jhon processes his coffee in staggered batches, combining three days’ harvests into a single fermentation tank. The result is an overall balanced cup with complex acidity (we get tart plum and a hint of lime).
