Roaster's Notes
The story of this coffee begins in 2006 with a mere 5 Sidra seedlings, gifted to Consuelo Rubio Peralta’s family by a friend who wanted to help them in their search for coffee rust-resistant plants that thrived in their particular soil conditions. Flash forward to today: Sidra is one of many varieties that are thriving on her farm, but we love this one in particular for its bright floral sweetness.
