Why I'm obsessed: Olympia in the HOUSE! We finally have one of my favorite roasters back on Bean Box, and I couldn't be more excited to reintroduce you. Personally, I've had their Good Food Award winner Colombia Amparo Pajoy in my mug all week - and lemme tell you, it officially puts the "joy" in Pajoy. It's got that perfect, caramel-apple flavor that makes me think of summer carnivals and July 4th picnics. At first sip, you'll taste an intensely juicy, apple-sugar note, followed by a super smooth, silky body. The finish is all brown sugar and cinnamon spice that carries you right into another sip. And it just gets better and better as it cools. If you're always ordering the apple spice pancakes at brunch, this is the coffee for you!
