Olympia Coffee has been one of Washington State's most respected roasters since 2005, based in the state capital with seven cafes and a bakery across the Puget Sound. They're B Corp certified, living-wage certified, and known for direct producer partnerships like their long relationship with the Dukamo family at Daye Bensa in Ethiopia. Coffee Review called their espresso "maybe the best in the country right now." In the cup, expect lifted, sweetness-forward coffees built on a decade-plus of trust with the farms behind them.
