Roaster's Notes
Congolese 'Katana' is a naturally-processed coffee from the Katana Station in the Kabare Territory, located just inland from the southwestern banks of Lake Kivu in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). The area benefits from abundant rainfall, ideal altitude, volcanic soils, and its proximity to the equator, all contributing factors to fantastic growing conditions for coffee in the DRC.
