Roaster's Notes
Isaias Fernandez is a household name at Little Amps, as we've been buying his coffee for over a decade now! Each year seems to be better than the last. This coffee dry fermented for 24 hours, washed 3 times, and dried in a solar dryer for 10 days — all at his family's farm, Don Andres, named after his father. Isaias shares the farm with his father and brother, each growing their own crop in separate plantations.
