Roaster's Notes
The Cerro Ahuaca mountain dominates the horizon near the town of Cariamanga, in Southern Ecuador, and Servio Pardo, Maria Molina Esperanza, and Diego Jumbo all grow coffee on its slopes. While each of the farms is small, the three combined to produce enough coffee for us to roast over a few months here in Denver, and it’s a stellar example of classic, washed Latin American coffee.
