Roaster's Notes
Bolivian coffees are a bit of a rarity in the coffee world at large, including at Huck, so we’re excited to roast this coffee from Wilfredo Calisaya and the team at Agricafé. This is a classic, but crisp coffee, with notes of pastry, almond, and golden raisin, with a bit of zippy green apple brightness.
