Curator's Notes
You won't believe it's a Brazilian! In this rare and flavorful medium roast, unusually sweet tropical fruit flavors, papaya and guava, brighten a smooth, butterscotch base of chocolate and hazelnut. Hint of toasted marshmallow in the finish. Complex profile, but oh-so easy to drink. Herkimer only bought a small amount of this coffee, and it’s almost gone! Luckily, they reserved the rest of the lot just for us.
