Roaster's Notes
Cooperativa Triunfo Verde is owned by 440 smallholder farmers in Jaltenango, Chiapas. Situated within Triunfo Biosphere, farmers use organic agricultural practices to promote environmental conservation and biodiversity. For the last 25 years, Triunfo Verde has worked toward making coffee farming a viable livelihood for its owners by offering accessible, low cost capital and promoting their quality and technical standards to obtain better prices. They also invest in gender equity, technical assistance, holistic health, and food self-sufficiency programs. For fans of early morning classic comfort coffee.
