Gicherori is round, creamy, edgy with scotch-like caramel or the toasted top of creme brulee. Hint of jammy, bitter-orange marmalade betrays its African origins. The iconic Kenyan coffee profile is complex, savory, heady and wine-like, fruit-syrupy.
