Roaster's Notes
La Minita Farm in Costa Rica's Los Santos region has been producing single estate coffee since 1985, maintaining standards so strict that only 23 pounds of La Minita grade coffee comes from 100 pounds of cherry. This Gesha lot represents an even more selective expression. Each tree is hand-picked up to five times during harvest, then fully washed at Beneficio Rio Tarrazú. Expect sugar cookie sweetness, honeysuckle florals, and creamsicle, all carried by a light, milk-tea like body with mild, tame acidity.
