Roaster's Notes
Over 30 women producers make up this lot of natural processed Red Bourbon coffee. They're supported through an organization called Ikizere that was started in 2022, where women coffee producers who are also single mothers or widowed are able to get their cherries to local washing stations and sold to larger markets.
