Roaster's Notes
This water processed decaf coffee comes to us from the mountainous Bahia region of northeast Brazil. Sourced by the farmers at La Minita, they set the standard for the preparation of the green coffee. The fresh grinds have a lovely fragrance of sweet nut, and the cup is balanced and sweet.
