Roaster's Notes
Ceremony Annuals is a colorful, seasonal series blended with your favorite brew methods in mind. Two fresh-crop coffees are roasted to the light side of medium and intentionally blended to create dialed-in extractions from Auto-Dripper to Espresso. With notes of cider, graham cracker, and orange zest this is the ideal brew to invoke the warmth and gentleness of the wintertime.
