Roaster's Notes
Brothers Luis Pedro Zelaya Aguirre and Luis Pedro Zelaya Zamora are fourth generation farmers. Their original family farm, Bella Vista, doubles as a full-scale coffee mill that works with local producers, as well as their own farms. The family expanded to a few farms, and Buena Vista is more.
