Isimbi is a Kinyarwanda word for the white on the top of a volcano, or something that’s pure: a fitting name for this blended lot from Rwacof, Sucafina’s Rwanda branch. Flavors are delicate, like sugar-dusted lemon bars, with a clean finish.
