Curator’s Notes: Blossom’s done it again! Last year they won a Good Food Award for their amazing coffees, and this year their exceptional Colombia Santa Isabel Natural placed in the finalist circle. It’s easy to understand why - at first sip, you’ll be amazed at all the sugary flavor that’s packed into these beans. Upfront, you’ll taste a layer of fruit syrup, like the kind you want to drizzle over pancakes, I tasted a lot of passionfruit, purple plum, strawberry, some chocolate-covered orangette, and a really rich, buttery, brown sugar caramelization that eases into a salted caramel and maple sugar flavor as it cools. I have not been able to stop drinking this one since it arrived. This Santa Isabel microlot is a stellar example of how amazing high-grown and meticulously-processed Colombian coffee can be!

Bottom Line: You’ll love this coffee if you love maple bars, passionfruit, or pancakes loaded with everything from the breakfast buffet.
