Roaster's Notes
This amazing washed process single-origin coffee comes to us from our Colombia partner Forest Coffee. The coffee is from their community project in Tolima-Gaitania and is produced by more than 40 coffee growers from this micro region. The coffee is then processed separately and dried by the brothers Emanuel and Valentino, at their farm La Roma, who have been working with Forest Coffee for years.
