Can I customize the coffees I receive?

Yes, you can customize your Bean Box plan at any time to your preferred taste: light and bright, medium and cozy, dark and toasty, rich and creamy espresso, decaf, cold brew, and single origin. We hand pick coffees from the world's top artisan roasters, giving us the widest selection of roast profiles and origins, delivered fresh to your home.

How much coffee can I get?

You can choose to receive one (1) or two (2) bags containing either 12 ounces, 2 pounds, or 5 pounds of coffee. A 12-ounce bag brews 24-36 cups of coffee; a 2-pound bag brews 72-108; and a 5-pound bag can make 160-240 cups.

How often can I have my coffee delivered?

You can have your coffee delivered every 2 weeks, every 3 weeks, every 4 weeks (monthly), every 5 weeks, or every 6 weeks.

When will I be billed for the monthly recurring membership?

Recurring coffee plans are billed 1 week prior to when your Bean Box delivery ships.

How do I pause, skip or cancel my deliveries?

You can choose to receive deliveries sooner, skip deliveries, or cancel your coffee plan at any time by logging in to your account at https://beanbox.com/account. Cancellations received prior to 1 PM PT on the Wednesday preceding your Bean Box shipment will not receive any further charges.
