**How do I redeem my Bean Box credits?** Bean Box credits can be applied toward **new purchases during checkout**. To use your credits: 1. Add the coffees you'd like to your cart and proceed to **Checkout**. 2. On the checkout page, find the **Payment / Credits dropdown section**. 3. Click the dropdown to expand it. 4. You’ll see your **current credit balance**, along with a box where you can enter how many credits you'd like to apply to the order. 5. Enter the amount you'd like to use and apply it before clicking **Buy** to complete your purchase. You can use **all or just a portion of your available credits**, depending on what you'd like to apply to that order. **Please note:** * **Credits earned from purchases expire 3 months after they are issued.** * **Credits issued from a canceled order do not expire.**
