Curator's Notes
One of Guatemala’s mountain peaks, Las Palomas translates to “Doves” or “Pigeons”, depending on who you ask. Delicious by any name, this cup is sweet and syrupy, like caramel and toasted nuts, with a bright, fruity profile. We’re cooing over it.
Roaster's Notes
Las Palomas is comprised of just a few bags from a handful of small producers in the higher reaching elevations in Huehuetenango. Las Palomas tastes like almond paste, cherry and plum. This coffee works beautifully as cold brew, hot drip and a variety of manual brew methods.
