This very modern decaf comes from a region of Narino that’s known for its pre-Colombian artifacts and ancient rock carvings. With this sweet roast of florals, fresh fruit salad and a touch of citrus spice, your days of drinking bad decaf are... history!
Roaster's Notes
We aim to drink coffee with character and our decaf coffee is no different. We cupped "heaps" of decaf coffees in order to narrow down to a decaf coffee that is deliciously creative both as an espresso and or drip.This Colombian El Tablon lot #2 hit the spot, and I'll go out on a limb to say its one of the best decaf coffees I've ever cupped. Notes of jasmine, red currant, amber honey, hint of orange & melon.
