Pacamara “elephant” beans are known for their large size and surprising complexity: just like real elephants! In this cup, you’ll taste a rich, sweet interplay of tropical fruit, concord grape, cocoa, and a hint of rose water. Big flavor, gentle spirit.
Roaster's Notes
Honey-processed for sweetness and nuance, the El Salvador Divisadero Pacamara is a perfect example of the Pacamara variety’s flavor complexity. Picked at perfect ripeness, the bean yields sweet flavors of mango as well as delicious cacao and concord grape. The Divisadero farm has made incredible strides in sustainability and their meticulousness in picking and processing results in this incredibly high-quality coffee.
