Roaster's Notes
Alfonso Gómez López is a manager of Unión de Ejidos de San Fernando, a coffee farmers’ cooperative working in Chiapas state, who has brought together several producers from different backgrounds and focuses on building certified organic regional, community and single origin lots. Ángel Albino Corzo in Chiapas is particularly known for its diverse ecosystem which is suitable for specialty coffee growing conditions. Alfono's coffee is representative of the dedication, complexity and beauty that is found in the coffee and people of Ángel Albino Corzo.
