Curator's Notes
A big bean with a gentle soul. This AA-grade cup is juicy yet delicate, with a mouthwatering aroma like berry jam. An initial sip of tart berry leads into a buttery-floral body and a long, balanced finish of honeyed tea. Your new morning jam.
Roaster's Notes
This AA-grade Kenyan comes from Riakiberu washing station, north of Nairobi in the Murang'a County. Around 700 small farmers bring their coffee to Riakiberu, a cooperative that focuses on top-quality coffee and local education and resources. The AA-grade relates to bean size, AA meaning the largest size of bean. Notes of blackberry, honey, and rose water.
