The Aricha washing station is located 5 km from the iconic town of Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia. It is located in ideal coffee-producing territory, with an experienced farming community, fertile soil and a distinct micro climate formed by the forests and mountains that encircle the area. More than 500 families contribute to the coffee produced in this municipality and have demonstrated an ability to consistently grow and process high quality coffees across various processing methods.

This natural processed coffee has the fruit-forward sweetness that one would expect with a particularly clean cup that is balanced with profile clarity - true to the native landrace varietals that constitute this stand-out coffee. Following a natural fermentation cycle, the sun dried coffee cherry is then milled at the Testi Coffee run dry mill that has breathed new life into this community since 2018, when Faysel Abdosh had the vision to rebuild the dilapidated washing station.
