Roaster's Notes
This special micro-lot comes to us from Neyid Pillimue's small farm in Cauca, Colombia. Neyid, a third generation coffee producer, is a member of the renowned Pillimue family. We purchased this entire lot, so this coffee is exclusive to Red Rooster. Typical of a top quality gesha, the cup is delicate and floral with notes of pineapple, pomegranate, Sauvignon Blanc, and a bright banana sweetness.
