Roaster's Notes
Finca Guayabales has been one of our staple coffees for many years. It comes from the far western highlands of Guatemala, where Pedro Villatoro Castillo and his sons grow coffee at a high altitude, which yields great depth of flavor and a lively acidity in the cup. This coffee is incredibly balanced. Beyond making it available as a single origin offering, we also use this as an anchor in our highly celebrated Jaywalker blend.
