Roaster's Notes
The most complex of our blends, Small Town falls on the lighter end of our roast spectrum to bring forward juicy peach sweetness and honeysuckle aromas, but is roasted enough to balance those bright flavors with a silky chocolate mouthfeel. It contains all the nuance of a higher-end single origin, but is comprised of a carefully-selected in-season coffees so it can stay on our shelves year-round.
