Coffees from Indonesia are known to have unique flavors - Sumatran ‘Ratu’ {single origin espresso} will leave you wanting to take sip after sip, because there is so much to unpack. This coffee has flavor notes of allspice, anise, and tobacco that are commonly associated with coffees from this region, but you’ll also experience notes of mango and honey. It has a gentle tropical fruit-like sweetness, accompanied by a buttery mouthfeel. This coffee certainly shines as espresso, but will be delicious on any brew method.
