The Wush Wush varietal is one of Ethiopia's most prized and rare coffee treasures, named after the town in the Bench Maji zone where it was first discovered. This particular lot comes from farmers working at extreme elevations in the Oromia region, where the unique terroir creates exceptional complexity. What makes this coffee extraordinary is the 120-hour extended dry fermentation process.
