Curator's Notes
Honduras is the largest coffee producing country in Central America, and the Giron family has grown coffee here for over 100 years! This cup is creamy and rich, like a soy latte, with notes of tart blackberry and a lush, raw sugar sweetness.
Roaster's Notes
Top of the cupping table, that's how we like our Honduran coffees. This gem, grown by farmer Hernan Giron and processed at San Vicente mill, is a first for us at Kuma, and it won't be the last. This 100% Pacas varietal coffee hits the nose with elegant florals, but it's the blackberry oat milk we are really here for. This cup has such a sweet depth, anchored with a heavy, creamy mouthfeel and a clean brown sugar finish. Honduran coffees are some of our favorites here at Kuma HQ, they are just so drinkable. Please enjoy!
