Curator's Notes
Twi’ha, in Mayan, means “where the waters come from”, referring to the farm’s natural spring. This silky-smooth cup, from third-generation family growers, tastes like iced tea with a squeeze of citrus, and finishes like coffee-flavored candy.
Roaster's Notes
A bright, clean, and easy drinking coffee. Sweet and juicy tangerine is supported by toffee and buttery caramel with bittersweet bakers chocolate on the finish. Finca Twi’ Ha is a small 5 acre farm which has been owned and operated by three generations of the Gomez family. This coffee was washed processed using natural spring water from the farm.
