Roaster's Notes
Duromina is a cooperative of about 400 smallholder farmers in Agaro, western Ethiopia, most working under two hectares at up to 1,980 meters. Their cherry is pulped, soaked overnight, and dried on raised beds, and it's back on our table for the first time since 2023. It came back heavy and sweet, with plum sorbet, graham cracker, and honey, a big, thick body, and mild, balanced acidity.
