"I make all of my coffees (except espresso) on my v60, as i like how this gets the most clarity out of the coffee (ie I can taste more of the flavor notes). I definitely picked up the berry flavor but it wasn’t too acidic. It does have some depth to the body, so I definitely consider this a medium body roast versus medium/light (this is what is described on the package). It’s a nice, simple coffee. I’ve definitely had better (crisper and clear flavors, complexity) from other roasters but this is a solid everyday drinking roast. You get that “coffee taste” but with notes of fruit. "

"Not a fan of this one. Tried various grinds and ratios but ended up with a fairly simple black coffee with primarily a pecan note. Just not that interesting but if you like classic black coffee, you might enjoy. "
